Your staff made our trip, they went beyond the call of duty in helping out with airlines, reservations, and giving advice on local venues.  They were all very patient and most helpful, given the difference in languages.  Given our lack of knowledge of the surround area, they were very helpful for us making the most of the trip and taking away the stress of how to get around.

When we come back, we’re booking with the Hotel.
